CasClub Rewards Program

The Loyalty program at the CasClub is going through some changes, and now there’s more ways to be Rewarded.

What’s changing?

From the 1^st of March 2021, the following changes will be introduced;

• A new Tier level called OPAL will be introduced.  Which means we will now have 6 Tier Levels;
  • Amber
  • Opal
  • Sapphire
  • Emerald
  • Ruby
  • Diamond
  • Birthday points will go through some changes, with more Birthday Points rewarded as you progress the Tiers.
  • With every spend you’re on your way to enjoying more VIP experiences with more opportunities to receive exclusive services at the CasClub.

 Want to know what Tier Level you are on now, or how many points you have?  Simply swipe your members card at the entry kiosk at any time to find out.

How do I climb the Tier Ladder?

That’s the easy part…. It’s fully automated, so that every time you spend at the CasClub the system will edge you that bit closer to the next Tier Level.  So, the more you spend the higher up the ladder you will go.  But if you do not continue to spend at the CasClub you may also drop down a level.

Ask one of our friendly team members about our Rewards Program or ask for a brochure at the Clubs Reception.

Our Loyalty Year starts on the 1^st March every year and runs for 12 months, during which time you can earn points by simply using your members card every time you purchase at the Bistro, Bar, Bottleshop or when you Play on the pokies.  But remember to use your points before they expire on the last day of February every year.

Members Badge Draw

Every Tuesday & Friday Night Jackpot draw is conducted from 8pm. The Jackpot increases by $100.00 each night if not won. This must go off at $10,000.

Members must be present at time of draw(s) to claim prize.

Members must also be financial at the time of the draw.
